Changed your mind

You may cancel an online order within 7 days of receiving it (ECTA cooling-off period). Return the item unused, in its original packaging; we refund the price within 30 days. You pay the cost of returning it.

Faulty items

If an item is faulty, tell us within 6 months (Consumer Protection Act). We repair, replace or refund it, at no cost to you.

Email sales@sixtysolutions.co.za with your order number and the reason, and we’ll arrange it.
